The EU Instant Payments Regulation requires SEPA payment service providers to offer Verification of Payee (VoP) — confirming that the entered IBAN belongs to the named payee before a transfer is executed. The result (match, non-match, partial match, or unable to verify) is returned to the payer in real time.

Digital Systems delivers VoP as a fully managed service, covering both Responding and Requesting PSP roles. You implement one API; we run the rest. The solution is a proven box product, DORA-compliant, available 24/7/365, with no infrastructure to build or maintain.

DORA and ECB operational resilience requirements demand more than a backup that exists on paper. Digital Systems operates live hot-standby connections for both SWIFT messaging and TIPS settlement, hosted in an independent data centre separate from your primary setup.
